Thi it says beef rub, I used it on a rack of pork ribs, with 2 hours hickory smoking. The result was fantastic. A deep charcoal taste without tasting burnt or "coal-y", just salty enough to flavour the meat without being salty.
Wonderful flavours. Recommended.
