Meat Deliveries

WHEN WE DELIVER
Orders on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be shipped on Monday for delivery Tuesday.
Orders on Monday will be shipped on Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday.
Orders on Wednesday will be shipped Thursday for delivery on Friday

LEAVING YOUR ORDER SOMEWHERE SAFE
Our couriers have instructions that any frozen or fresh food deliveries will not be returned to the depot. In an ideal world, someone would be available to receive the order on the delivery day; if not, it would be left in the safest place possible. Tell us somewhere secure to leave your order, like a shed, garage or porch. Pop your instructions in the comments box when you complete your order.

CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel an order, you must call the shop before 12 pm on the day of sending. If the order has already been shipped out for delivery, we cannot cancel. We can only switch delivery days provided the order has yet to be shipped and is within the agreed-upon postage costs.

OUR DELIVERY TERMS
All meat products are shipped frozen. As all our goods are perishable, we cannot accept returns for health & hygiene reasons.

WHERE WE DELIVER
Currently, we are only delivering to England and Wales.

If you live in Scotland, please contact us for a delivery quote.

Goods damaged in transit must have photographic evidence to show this, as we will need this for courier company claims. We cannot process claims made 24 hours or more after the delivery.
