BBQ Tofu Skewers
With such nice weather on Sunday it was always going to be a bbq day, but the gauntlet was thrown down by one of our vegetarian friends to do something with Tofu instead of the old favourite of vegetables. So we made BBQ Tofu Lolly's glazed with Classic Sticky Rib and Wing Sauce.
