Love From the Streets Rubs

We have combined all our knowledge, gained from years of working in professional kitchens, catering at festivals and competing at some of the biggest BBQ competitions in the UK, to develop an amazing range of food rubs and sauces.

They can be used in any situation; professional kitchens, BBQ events, street food catering or just making any meal to enjoy at home. We wanted to create something that could be used every day & on any meal, not just when the BBQ is fired up or when you have special guests.

We only use top grade ingredients; unrefined cane sugar, ultra-high-quality herbs & spices and just the right amount of all-natural sea salt to perfectly balance each rub’s flavour profile. We don’t add anything artificial - No MSG & no sulphates.

Great switch-up from the cherry bbq!

The cherry bbq is my go-to sauce; however, sometimes I want a more traditional bbq sauce for a change. When I do, this is it. Slaps supermarket bbq sauce into next week. Cherry, apple & Korean are my Holy Trinity, & have me covered for every situation.

The one criticism I have in respect of this largely excellent bit of kit, is that you can’t put on the griddle or barbecue plates on the right hand side when the smoker is on the left. A reverse sear requires a slow cook in the smoker then the difficult process of removing a searing hot bit of kit to put on the other kit to barbecue/sear it. Other than, we LOVE it.

Life-changing

I have this on literally everything. I actually get withdrawals when I run out it's so good. Takes a little while for the brain to adjust to cherry flavoured bbq sauce, but after a while it's a must-have.

great sauce, first hit is the expected BBQ flavour which is then cleverly balanced by a not super-obvious cherry finish.
