This sublime blend of Apple Wood, American Hickory, and Red Oak is mature but gentle. If you’re unsure about which pellets to use, choose the Apple blend for hardy flavours. You can’t go wrong with this one!

We produce GMG pellets from 100% kiln-dried sawdust which stays clean throughout the process. The natural lignin present in all woods binds the pellets together without any additives whatsoever.

Not the best pellets. They struggle to maintain temperature and did not impart much of a smokey flavour. OK if you have nothing else.

GMG BBQ Pellets Apple Blend 28LB

It's the first time I have used pellets for cooking/smoking and found them very easy to use. I smoked a full rack of ribs and they came out great!! I will definitely be smoking them again. Great product and added fantastic flavour.
